Panasonic Eluga Power Design and Build

Design and Build

The Eluga Power sports a minimalist design with dimensions of 136 x 70 x 9.6 mm, weighing 133 grams. Its size and weight offered a balance between portability and a substantial feel in the hand. Its true standout feature in terms of design was the IP57 dust and water resistance, allowing it to withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. Such durability was not commonplace in smartphones at that time, giving it a distinct edge in terms of ruggedness. Its use of a micro-SIM also reflected the transitional era from standard SIM cards to the current nano-SIM norm.
