Performance and Features
Lacking advanced connectivity options like GPRS, EDGE, WLAN, or Bluetooth, the GD90 is rooted firmly in 2G GSM technology, supporting only the GSM 900/1800 bands. With no card slot for memory expansion, its internal storage is primarily utilized for maintaining a call log—capable of storing up to 30 records, split evenly among dialed, received, and missed calls.
The phone doesn’t boast a camera or multimedia capabilities, reflecting the simpler mobile communication needs of the time. For messaging, it supports SMS with a few pre-set templates, while the inclusion of a voice memo function (up to 2x15 seconds) adds a touch of voice-driven functionality in a voice-call dominated device.
