The PG-3900 came equipped with a 1.9-inch TFT screen that supported 260K colors, offering decent color reproduction for viewing images and navigating through the phone's interface. Though small by today's standards, the screen size was quite regular for devices in its class back then. The screen resolution of 176 x 220 pixels resulted in a pixel density of about 148 ppi, which was adequate for basic phone functions, although certainly not tailored for viewing detailed images or graphics-intensive tasks.
