Central to its interface was a 2.6-inch TFT resistive touchscreen, capable of displaying 256,000 colors. With a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels at a density of approximately 154 pixels per inch, the screen sufficed for basic phone functionalities. The resistive touchscreen, while less responsive than modern capacitive screens, provided support for handwriting recognition—a novel feature at the time that hinted at the evolving user interaction experience.
