Performance and Storage
Operating on GSM, CDMA, and EVDO network technologies reveals the D813’s intent to cater to a broad user base across different network preferences. The phone supports EV-DO Rev.A, allowing data speeds up to 3.1 Mbps—not exactly fast by today’s standards but functional for its time, especially since GPRS and EDGE are not supported. Internally, it offers a meager 130MB of storage, but this can be expanded via a microSDHC card slot, providing a measure of relief by incorporating third-party storage—thankfully, a 2GB card is included out of the box.
