Connectivity
The X712 connected to GSM networks and supported GPRS Class 12 along with EDGE technology, allowing for slow but functional internet connectivity. It lacked WLAN capabilities, meaning no Wi-Fi connectivity was available. Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP allowed for wireless connectivity and audio streaming to compatible devices, which was useful for sharing files and music. The device featured stereo FM radio with RDS, catering to users who enjoyed live radio broadcasts. It also included a mini USB 2.0 port for data transfer and charging.
