The Philips X800 features a compact design with dimensions of 101 x 52.4 x 16.3 mm, making it easy to hold and carry. Weighing just 99 grams, it is lightweight, which added to its portability. The matte black finish provided a sleek, understated look. With a Mini-SIM slot and an external microSDHC card slot for memory expansion, it maintained the standard feature set of its era. The device lacked modern conveniences such as the 3.5mm headphone jack, making Bluetooth headsets preferable for audio.
