Philips Xenium 9@9g Memory and Connectivity

Memory and Connectivity

The phone comes with 18MB of internal memory, sufficient for its limited multimedia functions and storing up to 1000 phonebook entries with Photocall capabilities. Unfortunately, it lacks a card slot for expanding storage, which would have been a welcome addition for users needing more capacity for contacts and SMS. On the connectivity front, the phone supports GSM technology across several bands, ensuring good coverage. However, it does not support Bluetooth beyond the basic 1.1 version and lacks modern connectivity options such as WLAN or GPS positioning. The inclusion of a proprietary USB port and infrared connectivity harks back to a phase when these were common standards.
