The Philips Xenium X520 boasted a compact and sturdy design, measuring 111 x 45 x 16.6 mm, which comfortably fitted in hand or pocket. Although it did not win points for being ultra-slim, its form factor served well for durability and ease of use. The phone supported a Mini-SIM format, which was standard at the time. Its simplicity was evident in its choice of colors—silver, black, and red—which provided some expression while maintaining a professional look.
