Under the hood, the Plum Axe LTE is powered by a Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU, paired with a Mediatek MT6580 chipset. These specifications present a basic level of performance suitable for general smartphone operations—email, basic app usage, and casual games. The Mali-400MP2 GPU ensures that graphical performance, albeit limited, supports simple games and video playback.
The device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, a version that was a few releases behind when the phone launched. Nevertheless, Lollipop introduced improved design and functionality at the time, benefiting this device with its polished user interface. With 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage (expandable via microSDHC), the phone is somewhat constrained but functional for essential tasks.
