The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, which, at its time of release, provided users with a number of updates and improvements, such as better app permissions and improved battery management. The Plum Axe Plus 2 is powered by a Mediatek MT6580M chipset paired with a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 processor and Mali-400MP2 GPU. With 512 MB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage, it’s clear that the device was not designed for heavy multitasking or gaming. However, it suffices for light use, such as internet browsing and social media. The inclusion of a microSDHC slot compensates somewhat for the limited internal storage, allowing for additional space for media and apps.
