Under 2G conditions, it offers up to 750 hours of stand-by time, and up to 650 hours on 3G, with talk time reaching up to 17 hours on 2G and 8 hours and 30 minutes on 3G. This battery life would have allowed users to spend a day or more without requiring a recharge, supporting its use as a primary communication device for the less demanding user.
