Equipped with a Mediatek MTK6261D chipset, the Plum Hero is engineered to handle basic tasks efficiently. Although it lacks a GPU, performance is satisfactory for a non-smartphone device. The inclusion of 32MB of RAM ensures smooth operation for fundamental tasks such as calling and messaging. Storage capacity is minimal at 32MB; however, there is a microSDHC card slot for expandable storage, which can accommodate more contacts and call records beyond the phone's internal constraints.
