Plum Phantom Performance and Software

Performance and Software

Powered by a Mediatek MT6580A chipset and a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU, the Phantom was engineered for basic to moderate smartphone tasks. Its GPU, the Mali-400MP2, handled casual gaming and media viewing without significant issues. Running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, users had access to a plethora of apps and Google services. However, the device's internal storage capped at 16GB with only 1GB of RAM was a constraint, meaning users often had to manage their data carefully to avoid sluggish performance. The inclusion of a microSDXC slot allowed some expansion of storage, which was a welcome feature.
