Under the hood, the MultiPhone 4044 Duo is powered by a Mediatek MT6577T chipset with a dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU and a PowerVR SGX531u GPU. With only 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage (expandable via microSDHC), the device delivers satisfactory performance for simple tasks but struggles with more demanding applications and multitasking. Running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the interface is intuitive, featuring the smooth transitions and functionalities typical of the Android OS at the time. However, as newer applications demand more resources, the phone's limited hardware often hinders its performance.
