Under the hood, the QMobile Noir X400 ran on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, a popular operating system version in 2014 known for its user-friendliness and efficiency. The Mediatek MT6582 chipset, paired with a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU and Mali-400MP2 GPU, offered reasonable performance for everyday applications, though it wasn't suited for intensive gaming or multitasking. The phone came with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which was fairly limited; however, the inclusion of a microSDHC card slot allowed for storage expansion.
