Sound on the Qtek 2020i is delivered through a loudspeaker, supporting vibration and downloadable polyphonic, as well as MP3 ringtones. It, however, lacks a 3.5mm audio jack, which would have necessitated the use of its proprietary connectors. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11b, Bluetooth, and an infrared port, offering decent wireless and data transfer capabilities for its time. The absence of a physical GPS or radio support, combined with a proprietary USB interface for PC syncing, shows the device's focus primarily on business use cases over entertainment.
