Performance and Operating System
Under the hood, the Qtek 8080 ran on Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 for Smartphones, aiming at those who needed more from their mobile devices in terms of productivity. It was powered by a Texas Instruments OMAP 710 chipset with a 133 MHz ARM925 processor, providing sufficient power for the operating system and supported applications at the time, though considerably less powerful than today's standards. This hardware setup was complemented by 32MB of RAM and 64MB of ROM, giving limited but functional storage, and the option to expand via an external SDIO/MMC slot, which was beneficial for users needing more space for applications or media.
