Under the hood, the Realme 3 is powered by either the Mediatek MT6771 Helio P60 or the Helio P70 chipset, both built on a 12 nm process technology. These chipsets host an octa-core CPU composed of a mix of Cortex-A73 and Cortex-A53 cores, ensuring a balance of performance and efficiency for multitasking and moderate gaming. The Mali-G72 MP3 GPU supports the phone’s graphical needs quite well. The device initially shipped with Android 9.0 (Pie) but is upgradeable to Android 10 with Realme’s proprietary UI, which enhances user experience with additional features and updates.
