Performance
Under the hood, the Realme C1 (2019) is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset. This 14nm octa-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz, coupled with an Adreno 506 GPU, ensures reasonable performance for most tasks typical of daily usage. It runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo), overlaid with ColorOS 5.2, Realme’s custom user interface. While not the latest Android version, it provides most basic smartphone functionalities and some added features typical of custom UIs.
In terms of memory, the phone offers two options: 32GB of internal storage paired with either 2GB or 3GB of RAM. This storage can be expanded via a microSDXC card, thanks to a dedicated slot, which is a great plus for users needing more space for apps and media.
