Memory and Storage
In terms of memory, the Sagem MY X-5 was equipped to store up to 300 contact entries in its phonebook, with each entry capable of storing up to three numbers. It also maintained a record of the last 10 dialed, received, and missed calls. The phone's ability to store 100 short messages was quite sufficient for typical use at the time. However, the absence of a memory card slot reflected the limited storage capabilities, a common feature of phones from this period.
