Despite its limited hardware, the my301X includes practical features such as SMS, EMS, and MMS messaging capabilities, as well as WAP 2.0/xHTML support for minimal web browsing. The phonebook capacity is adequate for personal use, although its internal memory of 3.2MB offers little room for storage. It’s worth noting the absence of a memory card slot, which restricts expansion and confers limitations on storing additional data.
Gamers will find some amusement in the built-in Java-based games, offering a brief respite from monotonous situations, although clearly designed for more basic entertainment. Predictive text input further enhances usability for texting, despite a small screen.
