Connectivity and Storage
Connectivity options on the Sagem my501X were limited, reflecting the typical technology of its time. It supported GSM networks across the 900, 1800, and 1900 MHz bands, alongside GPRS Class 10 for basic internet browsing. Bluetooth capability was included for short-range wireless communication, though WLAN and modern GPS were absent. Storage-wise, the internal memory stood at a modest 32 MB, sufficient for contacts and call records, whilst a miniSD card slot allowed users to expand storage for media files and Java applications, supporting the MIDP 2.0 standard.
