The E740 uses a 2.0-inch TFT display capable of showing 256K colors. Although this might seem limited by today's standards, it was fairly common in 2007. The resolution is 176 x 220 pixels, offering a pixel density of around 141 ppi. This provides vibrant color representation but lacks the sharpness of contemporary displays. A unique feature is the smooth scroll wheel, which enhances navigation through the interface, making it a fun device to use.
