Performance and Software
Under the hood, the A14 5G is equipped with varying chipsets depending on the model: the Exynos 1330 (5 nm) for the global variant and the MediaTek Dimensity 700 (7 nm) for specific regions. Both options are powered by an octa-core CPU configuration, with the Exynos variant featuring more powerful cores (Cortex-A78) compared to Cortex-A76 for the MediaTek variant. Paired with Mali-G68 MP2 and Mali-G57 MC2 GPUs respectively, the phone can handle everyday tasks with ease.
The Galaxy A14 5G runs on Android 13, with an upgrade path to Android 14 under the streamlined One UI Core 6 interface. This ensures a clean and user-friendly interface, even though it might not support every feature found in Samsung's higher-end phones using the complete One UI.
