Under the hood, the Galaxy A6 is powered by the Exynos 7870 Octa chipset, combined with an octa-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Mali-T830 MP1 GPU. This configuration allows for smooth performance in day-to-day tasks and moderate gaming. With RAM configurations of 3GB or 4GB paired with storage options of 32GB or 64GB, the phone offers satisfactory multitasking capabilities. Additionally, the dedicated microSDXC slot allows for storage expansion, providing users with more space for apps and media.
Originally launched with Android 8.0 (Oreo), the Galaxy A6 is upgradable to Android 10, enhanced with Samsung's One UI 2.0, which brings a host of useful features and a cleaner interface, offering a more modern user experience.
