Performance and Software
Under the hood, the Galaxy A7 Duos was powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset. This octa-core processor (comprising a combination of 1.5 GHz and 1.0 GHz Cortex-A53 cores) provided adequate performance for everyday tasks. It was paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which might seem limiting today, but at the time was sufficient for moderate use. Running on Android 4.4.4 KitKat, it featured Samsung’s customized user interface, which brought additional features and settings to enhance user interaction.
