The Galaxy Alpha supports a wide range of connectivity options, including LTE networks, Wi-Fi standard up to ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with GLONASS and BDS, and NFC for contactless transactions. The front-mounted fingerprint sensor, positioned within the home button, was an innovative security feature at the time. Unfortunately, the lack of a microSD card slot in the device meant users had to make do with the built-in 32GB of internal storage, which could be limiting for those who require more space for media.
