For photography enthusiasts, the Galaxy F planned to offer a solid camera setup. Its 16 MP main camera featured a 1/2.6" sensor size and 1.12µm pixel size, equipped with phase detection autofocus for quick and accurate focusing. The camera was capable of recording 4K videos at 30fps, alongside various resolutions with different frame rates, including 1080p at 60fps and slow motion at 720p at 120fps. HDR support and an LED flash were additional features meant to enhance the camera's versatility. On the front, a modest 2 MP selfie camera was present, focusing more on basic functionality rather than high-resolution performance.
