Performance and Software
Powered by the Qualcomm MSM7227 Snapdragon S1 chipset, the phone sports a 600 MHz ARMv6 processor paired with an Adreno 200 GPU. With 384MB of RAM, it wasn't designed for heavy multitasking or demanding applications, but it handled basic tasks and standard apps reasonably well, considering its market positioning. Originally shipping with Android 2.2 Froyo, it was upgradable to Android 2.3 Gingerbread, with the TouchWiz UI offering additional customization and usability features.
