With 2GB of RAM and an upgradeable internal storage of 16GB expandable via microSDXC, the device was capable of smooth multitasking and performance fluidity for its time. Running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box, it received updates up to Android 4.4.2 KitKat, enhanced with Samsung's TouchWiz UI.
