Its octa-core CPU architecture, consisting of four Cortex-A57 cores clocked at 2.1 GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.5 GHz, combined with the Mali-T760MP8 GPU and 4GB of RAM, delivers smooth multitasking and gaming experiences. Initially shipping with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, the phone is upgradable to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, allowing for a relatively modern software experience at the time, enhanced by Samsung's TouchWiz UI.
