Performance
Under the hood, the device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat, which is upgradeable to Android 9.0 Pie with Samsung’s One UI. It is powered by the Qualcomm MSM8917 Snapdragon 425 chipset. This chipset, combined with a quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Adreno 308 GPU, delivers competent performance for basic tasks such as web browsing, streaming, and running standard applications. The tablet offers two configurations: one with 16GB of internal storage and the other with 32GB, both paired with 2GB of RAM. Although not particularly substantial, these specifications are adequate for light to moderate use, and storage can be expanded via a dedicated microSDXC slot.
