The Samsung i300 sports a compact design with dimensions measuring 113 x 48 x 20 mm and a weight of 121 grams. Its build reflects the portable, yet robust nature of early smartphone technology, fitting comfortably in hand despite its thickness relative to modern standards. The mini-SIM slot was typical for devices of this era. The display, a 2.0-inch TFT screen capable of showing 256K colors (though effectively 65K), offers a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels with a 4:3 aspect ratio. While this 200 ppi screen struggles by today's standards, it was an adequate representation for most tasks in its time. A scroll wheel navigation added a touch of convenience, although the screen-to-body ratio left much to be desired at around 22.8%.
