With a phonebook capacity of up to 100 contacts, the R220 catered to the needs of its users by storing essential numbers for quick access. The call record function allowed users to keep track of 10 dialed, 10 received, and 10 missed calls, a handy feature for staying connected with important contacts. Though there is no option for expandable memory via card slots, the internal memory is adequate for managing these basic tasks.
