Display
The Samsung S500 comes with a primary TFT display capable of showcasing 65K colors, which was average back then. The resolution at 128 x 160 pixels with 8 display lines ensures basic clarity for menu navigation and reading messages. Additionally, there is a second external monochrome display with a resolution of 96 x 64 pixels. This secondary screen, backlit with a blue hue, is useful for viewing notifications such as incoming calls or messages without needing to open the phone.
