The Samsung T219 presents a compact form factor, with dimensions of 88 x 45 x 19.8 mm and a weight of just 79.4 grams, making it exceptionally pocket-friendly and easy to hold. Its design features a mini-SIM slot and is predominantly made of plastic, giving it a light and somewhat robust feel. Despite its small size, it includes a second external black and white CSTN display, which was a common feature in clamshell phones of that era, allowing users to quickly check the time or caller ID without opening the device.
