Performance and Software
Under the hood, the Samsung Z ran on Tizen OS version 2.2.1, a departure from the more ubiquitous Android ecosystem. Powered by a quad-core 2.3 GHz processor, it offered decent performance for regular smartphone activities such as browsing the web, social media, and running moderate apps. Paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, expandable via a dedicated microSDXC slot, the phone provided ample space and speed for the everyday user.
