Under the hood, the Z400 includes 30MB of internal storage, expandable via a dedicated microSD slot, offering users some flexibility for storing media and files. However, its connectivity options are quite basic; it supports 2G GSM networks and 3G UMTS networks with a maximum speed of 384 kbps—adequate for basic browsing and email. Its Bluetooth 1.2 with A2DP allowed for wireless audio streaming, but the lack of Wi-Fi, GPS, and radio were notable omissions.
