Sound and Alerts
Sound on the SG-1000 is similarly uncomplicated. It offers monophonic ringtones to signal incoming calls and messages. While there is no loudspeaker, nor a standard audio jack for headphones, users can customize their alert tones to a degree by assigning ringtones to contacts, adding some personal touch to the device's otherwise functional sound design.
