The SG-2000 does not include a memory card slot to expand storage—a feature not commonly needed for phones designed to perform basic tasks. Instead, it provides a phonebook capacity for 200 contacts and maintains call logs for the last 10 dialed, received, and missed calls. This storage capability fairly met user expectations at the time, focusing on essential, uncluttered communication.
