Sporting a 2.0-inch TFT display with 256K colors, the Sharp 550SH offers clear visuals though far removed from the high-definition screens of today. With a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and a pixel density of approximately 200 ppi, images and text appeared reasonably sharp for the time. Its screen-to-body ratio of ~23.7% highlights the large bezels, which were customary then. This display was sufficient for basic tasks such as reading messages and simple gaming.
