In photography, the Sharp GX30 was pioneering with its 1 MP camera, considered advanced in its time given most phones featured VGA cameras. It included an LED flash for improved low-light shots, enhancing photo quality. Though limited in today’s terms, the ability to capture video and images opened new uses for a phone, especially with the option for photo calls and integrating pictures into contact groups.
