Connectivity
Connectivity options on the TM100 were limited. The phone operated on GSM 900/1800/1900 2G networks, providing reasonable global coverage for the time. It supported GPRS Class 10 but lacked EDGE capabilities, placing it a step behind in data transmission speeds. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth were absent, a common limitation of mobiles then, though it did include an infrared port for simple wireless communications between compatible devices.
