Hardware and Performance
Inside, the Siemens CFX65 features minimal hardware by today's standards but held a fair amount of capacity during its time. With 4MB of internal memory, the phone allowed storage for 250 contacts with photo call capabilities, though it lacked expandable storage options due to the absence of a card slot. It supported GSM 900/1800 networks and came equipped with GPRS Class 10 for basic data connectivity.
For phone calls, users could store a generous amount of call records—100 each of dialed, received, and missed calls. Communications were standard with support for SMS, EMS, MMS, and Email (receive-only), which was quite notable at a time when most phones only managed basic text messages.
