Memory and Storage
Memory limitations were a concern for many early mobile phones, and the Siemens S65 was no exception. It offered an internal memory of 11MB, with an RS-MMC card slot capable of expanding storage. This was an impressive feature at launch, allowing users to manage a decent amount of content, considering the size of media files then. The phonebook could store up to 1000 entries with 20 fields each, which was quite extensive for keeping contacts organized. Furthermore, keeping track of call history was convenient with space for 100 dialed, 100 received, and 100 missed calls.
