Siemens SX66 Display

Display

The SX66 was equipped with a 3.5-inch TFT resistive touchscreen, a feature that was innovative at the time though less responsive compared to capacitive screens that became popular later. While its resolution of 240 x 320 pixels resulted in a modest pixel density of 114 ppi, it was adequate for the text-centric tasks typical in 2004. The display supported 65,000 colors, offering basic graphical richness suitable for its PocketPC OS environment.
