Display
Featuring a 2.6-inch TFT resistive touchscreen capable of displaying 256K colors, the M600’s screen was adequate for its time though limited by today’s standards. Supporting a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, the screen offered a dense visual experience at approximately 154 ppi. A notable feature was its handwriting recognition capability, supporting both English and Chinese, which provided an innovative input method compared to the more common key or basic touchscreen interfaces of the era.
