Sony has retained the 3.5mm headphone jack, a feature now rare in many modern smartphones, catering to users who prefer wired audio options. The phone supports high-resolution audio playback at 24-bit/192kHz, complemented by the inclusion of aptX HD and aptX Adaptive codecs over Bluetooth 5.1, ensuring high-quality wireless sound. The loudspeaker, however, is below average in terms of volume, which may disappoint users who rely on it for media playback without earphones.
