Display and User Interface
Equipped with a 2.8-inch TFT resistive touchscreen capable of displaying 256K colors, the Spice D-1111’s screen may seem modest by today’s standards but was fairly common for its time. The screen resolution sits at 240 x 320 pixels, yielding a somewhat low pixel density of approximately 143 ppi. While the touchscreen technology is resistive rather than capacitive, it requires a firmer touch but was effective in providing access to the Windows Mobile 6.0 OS interface, which was intuitive for navigating through menus and applications.
